Bazil Naidoo started this agency in 1988 after working for various banks. While working for the United Group he was offered to join the Seeff Real Estate Academy Training Program in 1986 and thereafter obtained his real estate certificate. Back then, the company operated from offices in Rylands, Athlone Cape Town alongside the United Bank Agency which grew substantially to serve clients buying & selling property throughout the Western Cape & nationally.
Bazil Naidoo's strong banking & financial services background enabled him to be of great assistance to the emerging builders & property developers who were continually looking at financing their individual construction & development projects, many of whom are very successful today.
It's from these humble beginnings that the company grew to a total staff complement of 30 property sales consultants, who benefited from intense training, marketing, networking and skills development related to property and the financial services industry.
In 2010, Desigan Naidoo, a property developer, took over the company and together with his team concluded substantial property sales in both the residential, commercial and industrial spheres.
